What we collect

Everything the forms on this site ask for: name, cell phone, email, property address, what you need, and anything you type in the message box.

Why we collect it

To quote the work, schedule the visit, and contact you about it.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on a form, we may text you about the job you asked about: scheduling, quotes, and a heads-up when the truck is on its way. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of getting a quote or service. How often you hear from us depends on the job, and message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message and the texts end. You get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply HELP for our contact details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Photographs of your property

On an inspection we photograph the tank, the lids, the baffles and anything that failed, because the report depends on it. On a pump-out we photograph the tank before and after so you can see the work. Those photographs are of your property, and they go to you and into your report.

Sharing on an ADEQ inspection — this one is the job

A transfer-of-ownership inspection only works by being shared. The completed Report of Inspection goes to Maricopa County on the official form, and copies go to you, your agent and the escrow company handling the sale. That is not a marketing decision, it is what you are buying.

Two things follow from it. We email the report to the parties in the sale. The buyer then files the Notice of Transfer with the county, with the report attached, which is their step, not ours; from that point it is a government record about the property, outside our control.

Who else sees your information

Only the systems we run the business on: our phone and text system, our email provider, scheduling, and payment processing. Each of them handles your details to do that one thing for us and nothing else.

What we do not do

Two things worth stating outright rather than leaving to assumption: customer information is never sold or rented, and we do not share the addresses of the properties we work on. We know which properties out here have septic systems, which are mid-sale and which are empty. That stays with us.

How long we keep it

Contact details and job history stay on file for as long as the job and our tax records require. Inspection reports are kept with the job they belong to, because the next owner or the next sale often needs them.

Your choices

Call or email and ask what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Stop texts by replying STOP; ask to come off email the same way. Arizona has no comprehensive consumer privacy statute, so this is a commitment we are making rather than one being demanded of us.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no call tracking. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows an embedded Google Map, and each of those services sees your IP address when the page loads, as with any website that uses them. If that ever changes, this section changes with it.
