Do Not Share My Information

Ask us to stop texting, stop emailing, or delete what we hold. One request, no hoops, and no reason needed.

You do not have to explain why, and asking will never affect the price you are quoted or whether we take the job. Pick whichever applies.

We do not sell or share your phone number

Your phone number, and your agreement to be texted, are never sold, rented or passed to anyone else for marketing. Not to lead companies, not to other contractors, not to anybody. We use your number to do the job you called us about.

How did you get my number?

If you are selling and never contacted us yourself, your real estate agent or the escrow company gave us your details so we could schedule the septic inspection on your sale. That is the usual reason a first text from us arrives out of nowhere.

If that is not it, tell us and we will find out where it came from and take you off the list either way.

Stop texting me

Reply STOP to any message from us and the texts end. You get one confirmation message, and that is the last one. Reply HELP if you want our contact details instead.

One thing worth knowing: that stops the scheduling and reminder texts. If you have work booked we will call you instead, because somebody still has to tell you when the truck is arriving. Opting out of messages does not opt you out of being told what is happening on your own job.

Stop emailing me

Reply to any email and say so, and it stops.

Tell me what you hold

Call or email and we will tell you what is on file — contact details, the property address, past jobs and any inspection reports.

Delete what you hold

Ask and we will delete your contact details and your job history.

Two honest exceptions. Anything the buyer files with Maricopa County alongside the Notice of Transfer after an ADEQ inspection is a government record and we cannot pull it back. And basic invoice records may have to be kept for tax purposes.

What we will not do

We will not make you create an account, verify your identity through a third party, or fill in a form to ask a question. A phone call or an email is enough.

How long it takes

So you know what to expect, and so we are held to it:

  • Texts stop immediately — the keyword is automatic, it does not wait on anyone reading a message.
  • Everything else, within five business days.

If we are going to miss that because we are three days deep in a repair, you will hear from us before the deadline rather than after it.

Make a request

Call, text or email — whichever is easiest. You will get a person, not a ticket.
